Cindy Blake is VP Marketing at Firefly, a startup aimed at solving many of the challenges of CloudOps, and how infrastructure-as-code is managed in a DevOps world. Prior to Firefly, Cindy was Director of Product Marketing at GitLab, a leader in the DevOps market. Blake was instrumental in leading GitLab’s integrated DevSecOps, growing that business more than 10x over four years and through IPO. Her O’Reilly book, “The CISOs Guide to Securing Next-Gen Software” combines nearly a decade of cyber security experience with a background in lean and software development to simplify the complexities of application modernization into pragmatic advice for security programs.
